If your package arrives at emilyskyfashion.com within the 15-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Emilyskyfashions.com.

Please Note: Packages received at Emilyskyfashions.com after 15 days will NOT be authorized returns unless pre-authorized by customer service.

1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
